1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to i3malaysia — an online gaming and betting platform built specifically for Malaysians. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and i3malaysia ("Platform", "We").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the i3malaysia platform — whether via web browser, mobile phone, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an inseparable part of this agreement.

2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the platform i3malaysia, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Be a Malaysian resident or Malaysian citizen present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

• Register only in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

3Account Management & Password

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the i3malaysia platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. i3malaysia recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the i3malaysia support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your password regularly, at least once every three months.

I3malaysia accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on the platform i3malaysia are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using supported local Malaysian payment methods. i3malaysia does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Payment methods accepted by i3malaysia:

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same i3malaysia member. i3malaysia reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests subject to unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements will not be processed until those rollover conditions are met.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

I3malaysia offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page — those specific terms are supplementary to these General Terms.

The general conditions applicable to all bonuses at i3malaysia cover the following:

• Rollover requirement: Bonuses must be rolled over the number of times stated in the bonus terms before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place total wagers of RM 500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within the specified period will expire without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Members may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, hedging bets, or employing strategies designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per wager may be capped at the amount specified in the bonus terms.

I3malaysia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. i3malaysia's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, rollover calculations, and prize payouts are final.

6General Game Rules

All games available on the platform i3malaysia — including video slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, fish shooting games, Dragon Tiger, and other table games — are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and fair.

• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface before you begin playing.
• Game results are final once the relevant round or game session has been completed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, i3malaysia will resolve the matter based on available system records. Bets left pending due to a technical disruption will be voided and stakes returned.

7Sports Betting & E-Sports Rules

The Sports Betting section at i3malaysia covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and over 100 global leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Sudirman Cup), esports (MPL Malaysia, MLBB Major, DOTA2 Majors, CS2 Majors), and a variety of other sports. All Sports Betting is subject to the following additional terms:

• Odds: All displayed odds are in decimal format. Odds may change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.

• Odds error: Should odds be displayed with a significant error due to technical or human error, i3malaysia reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the member.

8Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all members i3malaysia, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and legal proceedings where necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Bonus abuse through hedging (arbitrage betting), opposing bets placed across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit the bonus system without genuine risk.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Any attempt to hack, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disrupt the operations of the i3malaysia platform.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing or selling your i3malaysia account to another person, or using someone else's account.

9Limitation of Liability

Platform i3malaysia provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, i3malaysia shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions or platform unavailability caused by technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond i3malaysia's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any decisions or actions taken by a member based on statistical information, odds, or other data displayed on the platform, which may not accurately reflect the actual outcome of a match or game.

I3malaysia's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10Account Termination & Suspension

i3malaysia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from Malaysian authorities or valid court orders.
• Members who have applied for self-exclusion or are found to be underage.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the i3malaysia support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

11Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the i3malaysia platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and i3malaysia will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this document while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
